Jason Stephens CFP®

Founder & Managing Partner

Jason Stephens is the Founder and Managing Partner at Evertern Wealth. For over more than two decades, Jason has guided families through multiple market cycles, significant liquidity events, and generational transitions — experience that informs a disciplined, steady approach to capital stewardship and risk management. He frequently advises families on aligning investment strategy with governance structures, family dynamics, and long-term values, helping preserve clarity and continuity across generations. Jason intentionally limits the number of client relationships the firm serves to maintain depth of engagement, discretion, and long-term alignment.

Jason built his career at UBS Wealth Management, rising to Managing Director and was recognized as one of their top producing advisors. At UBS, Jason worked within a specialized advisor group, serving a limited number of ultra-high-net-worth families and business owners. His work focused on delivering comprehensive advice tailored to complex personal and corporate balance sheets.

Jason is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He has completed executive education through The Wharton School of Business, where he obtained his Investment Consultant designation from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He is an active leader within Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global peer network of chief executives spanning more than 140 countries. Jason previously served as Chapter Chair and continues to serve as a Board Member, contributing to governance, strategic planning, and member engagement within an active chapter.

Jason is also a member of CEO, a peer organization for chief executives and founders with members in more than 62 countries. The organization offers confidential forums, global connectivity, and lifelong leadership development among its membership.

In the philanthropic community, Jason has held several leadership roles, including Past Vice President and Trustee of the SWFL Children’s Charity and Past Heart Ball Chair and Executive Leadership Committee member for the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball in Southwest Florida. His philanthropic involvement often focuses on aligning charitable goals with long-term family legacy and values.

Jason has made Southwest Florida his home for more than 40 years, building deep community ties while advising families across the United States. Outside of his professional life, Jason is an avid traveler and enjoys staying active through tennis and golf. He values time spent with family and friends and believes personal balance and discipline play an important role in long-term success. Jason is married to Kelly and is a proud father of Tyler, Austin, Madelyn, and Nolan. Family remains central to his personal and professional philosophy, shaping his approach to helping clients pursue clarity, confidence, and continuity across generations.
