Michael (“Mic”) Lundon is Founder and Managing Director of Evertern Wealth, where he provides portfolio management, financial planning, and guidance on estate, trust, and business transition matters. He works closely with business owners, senior executives, and multigenerational families, delivering personalized advice for clients with complex financial needs.
Mic brings more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a career defined by advisory leadership and broad team responsibility. His background includes experience advising high-net-worth families as well as leading large advisory organizations.
Mic holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA) designation, specializing in helping business owners integrate tax strategy, investment planning, estate design, and business transition planning into coordinated, long-term liquidity strategies — reducing complexity during high-stakes transition events.
Earlier in his career, Mic held multiple executive leadership roles, including Sales Manager and Complex Director across Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. In these positions, he led and mentored more than 150 financial advisors and supported teams responsible for approximately $20 billion in client assets. His responsibilities included advisor development, client strategy oversight, business growth, and operational leadership. He was also a seven-time recipient of the Leadership Recognition Council Award, recognizing sustained leadership and contributions.*
Mic earned a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University and a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law, providing a strong legal and analytical foundation that informs his work in estate planning, trust strategy, and complex advisory matters.
Mic is an active supporter of several nonprofit organizations, including Make-A-Wish, the American Heart Association, and Artis—Naples. He currently serves on the board of the MS Center of SWFL. He has also served on the boards of Susan G. Komen of Northeast Ohio, the Pepper Pike Civic League, and the Boler School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board at John Carroll University.
He resides in Naples, Florida, and is the proud father of two daughters, Brynn and Reese. Outside of work, Mic enjoys golf and fishing.
